"I had originally used Doug's firm to find a rental last year in moving to Boston. During the course of the year I was looking to purchase a home (as part of a relo package) and came to Doug again (switching from the corporate provided realtor) to help assist this purchase. Realtors typically run the gamut, from providing little more than a driver on trulia found homes to providing insight and suggestions on new to the market homes and purchases. Doug is definitely in the latter category. As far as I can tell, he pretty much knows every building (and their corresponding issues) everywhere from back bay / beacon hill to the North End. He has a keen sense of pricing, rental income and market conditions. In short I've used Doug's firm twice and am in the process of using him again for a possible rental property purchase in the near future now, something I hope is a sign of well Doug comes off (in Boston's competitive realtor market place). In short, I can't recommend him and his firm enough to be honest. I have and will certainly use again him in the future."
