Kent graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelors Degree in American Studies. While at Trinity Kent played Baseball and Hockey and was a member of the Psi Upsilon fraternity. Kent started buying and renovating investment properties in Springfield, MA, in 2007 and has successfully rehabilitated distressed properties into income producing rentals. Kent is originally from Longmeadow and now lives in the South End. He specializes in investment property analysis and rentals all over Boston.
